Pixel distribution shifting color correction for digital color images

This paper is concerned with a proposed color correction method called the Pixel Distribution Shifting Color Correction (PDSCC). This method employs a shifting process on the pixel distribution of a color image to correct its white reference point and ensure the white reference point is achromatic.
